You are both confusing Bethesda the publisher with Bethesda the developer. They are two different things. The Evil Within is developed by Tango Works, not Bethesda Softworks - who are the developer behind Skyrim, Oblivion, Fallout 3+ etc.

A publisher controls distribution deals, finances part of the game and takes profit after the game is release and the developer is paid. That's it.

Bethesda has zero development involvement in The Evil Within.

I know that now, and already said sorry days ago...
