$200-$300 Case

HTiLewis

Hey guys,

I have a POS INWIN case right now...it just doesn't work for me at all. I even cut out the mesh on the side and put in acrylic for a window and it still doesn't do it for me.

My budget is $2-300 right now and I want room for flexibility in the future. I've been gravitating towards the Corsair 800d, but should I throw in the little bit extra and get a 900?

Also, wanting to stay in the full tower range, not a fan of small cases.

Thanks,

[HTi]Lewis

I would say go for the 900D if you can. The Fractal Design Define XL R2 is also nice.

I'd buy a 900D but only if you've the stuff to fill it :p

What do you intend to put in this case?

900D is a massive case, the Footprint is not to be taken lightly..

Have a look at Fractal Design, their cases are excellent.

I would wait for the phanteks enthoo primo it looks like a amazing case that is made mostly out of alumminum with some very nice touchs like hiding the hard drive cages and cable grommets from the window so it looks nicer. having the psu behind the motherboard. a large amount of watercooling rads. It will be expected to be under $250.

Thanks for the input guys. I've built in a r4 before and really enjoyed it. Went with the xl r2 and gunna do some mods to it. It arrives today, hopefully, and I'll try to get a build log going or something.

Thanks again!
