Would you get this monitor at 529sgd? or 423USD? I am not sure whether to pull the trigger.....

For that price I wouldn't. I'm not too familiar with the prices in Singapore, but it's not far off double what it costs in the US. 

But i really want the monitor... (what should i do D:)

It's 300 euros here in the Netherlands. Seems like it is very expensive in your country.

I have never done any overseas shipping so I don't know how expensive it will be. We are of course talking about an expensive piece of electronic equipment, which you wouldn't want damaged.

Maybe you have a friend or family member in the US or somewhere in West-Europe (of course where the monitor is cheaper) who can ship it over to you.

How much is shipping from the US to your country?

i don't really know i still haven't ordered anything as that i will need 1200$ for the items which i have 170$ from and 100$ to pay for us shipping and my uncle is is going to ship it for me for free
