Skyrim(Modded) Disappearing Items

Okay so my problem is that all heavy armor and weapons have disappeared. I know i should try uninstalling all mods and reinstalling them one by one but that is time consuming so I am hoping someone can help me out. 

PS: all weapons and armor do come up on vanilla skyrim. 

I am using Mod Organizer and here is my load order:

If that doesn't help then you'd need to spend the time to manually check each mod.

Yeah I know, but i was hoping someone would know what mods were conflicting so I wouldn't have to reinstall everything.

If it were me I would try uninstalling mods that edit weapons and armors like SkyRe, WAF, CCO. Then, maybe gameplay mods.

Also Mod Organizer is outdated.  Use LOOT.

Mod Organizer works fine. What do you mean by outdated?
