i gave up on COD when they released Black Ops 2. I couldnt even bring myself to buy it after trying it on a friends xbox. shortly thereafter i gave up console gaming altogether LoL.

because BF doesnt allow you to quickscope, plus snipers need to factor in wind/bullet drop and recoil

Exactly, because the game isn't designed for little 5 year old cheaters.

For me every cod is enyoable. One more fun then the other. But its just how people play. A playlist without c4, last stands and other bullshit, playlist only for snipers, playlist without snipers and a playlist with all guns would be perfect. But we all know its never happening...

in blackops quickscoping wasn't really possible either, in cod sniping (hardscoping?) is not that possible anyway since the maps aren't that big. (I heavent played COD in years so don't know if this is changed)

I dunno why people are so butthurt when they get quickscoped, I've never played COD on console so I dunno how easy/hard it is with aim assist, but on PC it is certainly much more difficult than shooting an automatic weapon in someone's general direction, or running a shotgun, or spray n praying with a smg, or noob tubing for that matter.

 

Besides, COD maps dont tend to be very large so quickscoping gives snipers a fighting chance. Also there is a tone of vertical movements in AW so I'd anticipate quickscoping to be more difficult without a nerf.

 

Anyways there are plenty of things more OP in COD than QS.

They may as well just remove sniper rifles entierly.

They have already done everything they can to remove any reasonable sight lines by making the maps either microscopic or adding ass loads of random objects to clutter the maps.

If they remove the ability to quick scope there will be no point in using a sniper rifle anymore.
