Is it PSU or Mobo?

Hi my friends pc has some problems... His PC will boot but it wont display. His headset and speakers work, but he has no power to KB or Mouse as well as display, intergrated graphics wont work either. The fans spin on everything too. He dosent know what is happening and it sorta sounds display related but he has tried two different monitors and cords so maybe mobo? Idk.

 

Full specs:

i5-4690k

some matx z77 mobo (asrock)

Corsair RM 750

SSD hardrive

GTX 970 (just installed today worked before install but he was grounded whole time)

h80i

8gb of ram

 

He has changed gpu's monitors, cords, pci slots , took the gpu out.

have you tried reinstalling windows and all the motherboard drivers?

is there a red light next to the pcie slot can you here something on the speakers and have you tried every display on every input if so it sounds mobo

No LED's and no speaker GPu fans spin tho so its really wierd....... I mean obvi he cant use 970 untill drivers but no integrated? That is odd.

the 970 should work as all os's have basic vga drivers

he is gonna try vga to dvi and see if that works, the integrated not working is irking me, why would it do that....

unknown but when the gpu is in it ovverides integrated to do the discreet if that doent work clear cmos
