Hi I'm looking to build a pc in the 500$ price range. This is the first budget pc I have built so I need all the imput I can get.

I already have a mouse keyboard and I will be using my tv as a monitor. The operating system must be included. Also I am from Canada.

The games I will be playing mostly is runescape and some blizzard games like star craft and the new wow expansion.
