Yes not a problem at all especially since it has a rated output of 3.1 total AMPS 1.0A + 2.1A

What does that mean? Also, could it charge the Shield Tablet

The higher charging AMPS will be able to charge things like tablets and larger phones since they require the higher current to let them start charging and will charge them faster, and the Shield tablet should have no issues with that charger.

Thats a Beast(ish). You can charge 2 tablets if you want :)
