What the hell do you guys do to earn so much.

What you do is irrelevant. If you can make the money to pay them back then the bank doesnt care

That's not quite how it works. If you don't have a stable,decent income, they won't loan you that amount. Besides that, I don't live in canada so it might be different.

The average income here is 500 EUR a month.

Yeah romania is a pretty low-income country AFAIK. 1500 euros is the average here.

And as pension goes...unless you were in military,a judge or something like that your pension will be shitty here.

My grandma's pension is 100 EUR/month.That's less than even her electricity and water bills.Not to mention food :l
