Get 4790K, H105, (H100i if the 4 fans controller built-in is more useful to you then the superior cooling performance of the H105), Asus Maximus VII Hero, 1866Mhz RAM, Samsung 850 PRO, Seagate SSHD, Corsair RM (for silent PC since all your others components are about that even your GPU has silent operation and better efficiency), Asus IPS monitor with good input lag, Asus wifi card gives better real performance because they use better components in their network stuff.

While you may not NEED an aftermarket cooler for a non-K processor it's definitely still desirable. The stock cooler is terribly loud.

If you really want an aftermarket cooler, go with a cheapo one like a CM Hyper 212 EVO. Also, get a Crucial MX100 128GB instead, it's cheaper and it'll be hard to notice the difference between the two. Plus, the mobo is stupidly overkill, ESPECIALLY for a non over lockable chip.

Overclocking on Asus motherboard is so damn easy. They have auto-overclocking software that will do everything for you. With the right components you can get to 4.6 ghz in a matter of minutes.

Since you're not overclocking, get a cheaper motherboard (preferably B85 H87 or H97) and a Xeon E3 1231 V3. It's basically a locked i7 without the integrated graphics for a lower price. Also the D14 is way too overkill for stock clocks. Get a Hyper 212 EVO, it will still be inaudible under load since you're not overclocked.
