So this week im getting my PC and I wonder what are the first steps you need to do to assure a good future for your PC, I think Linus said in one or more videos of his to do a 24h stress test or something like this (I won't last that much since finally I'll have a decent PC ;D).

My question is: are there any REQUIRED steps or guides to what to do?

Also can I overclock my cpu/gpu immediately or I should use them more until overclocking?

specs (if needed):

CPU i5-4670k

COOLER cm hyper 212 evo

GPU gigabyte gtx 970

MOBO gigabyte z97x gaming 3 mobo

PSU 750watt seasonic m12ii

(also could you recommend me some AAA games, thanks in advice)

I'd burn in your cpu and gpu for at least 1 hour just to make sure they arent defective.  After this you can overclock.  Not to mention burning in the CPU will cure the thermal paste, resulting in better temps in the long run.
