Need a landline phone system with a headset!

Dubesta11

I need to set up a home office for someone, and they will spend most of the day talking on the phone. I found this, and its exactly what I need: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004OA731Q/ , but the reviews are terrible. Is there something similar to that with a longer battery life (3+ hours), or even possibly some way to use a USB headset on a landline phone? (Like this: http://www.logitech.com/en-us/product/8391?crid=36)

Thanks! Budget is as least as possible.

My father uses something very similar for his home office and he loves it, he said the headset can also connect to up to 2 bluetooth devices (so he uses it for his home line, and to connect to an iphone and a android cellphone)

He said it was from costco and was a vtech ds673-8c but googling it comes up with nothing.

edit: try this link http://www.vtechphones.com/products/product_detail/2353

That one is at least a DS - not LS - not that I know the difference... but my father has a DS for sure... the line is called "connect to cell" and my father wouldn't keep something unless he was 100% satisfied with it... I just dont know why i cant find the model he read off to me - might have been the handset or headset and not the base.

edit 2: this must be the one, I must have misheard - DS6673-6C

I always guarantee that no more than 50% of what I say is useful.

Do you know how long the headset battery lasts? It's a very compelling unit.

He said he doesn't exactly know... his average calls are 20-40 minutes, and he drops it back on the base in between calls - so it charges while hes not on the phone, or using the handset. Sorry if thats not enough actual usage info!
