Rosewill Rise [AKA] SilentiumPC Aquarius X90 Have you heard of this?

I have been looking into the Rosewill Rise Glow http://www.rosewill.com/products/2738/ProductDetail_Overview.htm .  Not too many reviews out there.  Researching I read that it's got a twin, called SilentiumPC Aquarius X90 http://www.silentiumpc.com/en/aquarius-x90-pure-black/?lang=en .

Rosewill has two versions, Rise Glow, and Rise.  The regular Rise does not come with a extra drive mounts that goes across the vertically or does it?  Anyone have any experience with this case?   How is the window quality?
