Which ram and mobo?

I'm buying a new pc. It will have:

LG GH24NS DVD-Rom

Zalman Z3

Samsung S24D390HL

 

What I'm debating is:

what the crap is up with gigabytes naming scheam... pick what ever you what from the 4 ones i left, they will all work good

For RAM I'd recommend looking for some 2x4GB kits which are cheaper if you can.  

 

For the motherboard I'd recommend the Asus board as I distrust Gigabyte.

And here I thought the one from Asus was the best.

Will I notice any difference while playing games with cheaper ram? I read somewhere it makes a difference in MMO's which I am playing most of the time.
