Freezes while launching a program

Go to solution Solved by Enderman,

Well i wanted to avoid reinstalling windows.... I usually do so each year but i bought my computer 3 monthes ago....

What programs? Every program? O.o I want to fix the problem  so i can keep doing what i always did with no problems, not to close all programs when i want to game to open teamspeak or any game (or even task manager)....

By closing background programs one at a time you can find exactly which program is causing the freezes. This is called "process of elimination" and is used to solve the problem when you don't know what is causing the issue.

So 2 days ago my computer freezed when i launched League of Legends (freezed for 30 sec), and then freezed for 5 sec when i launched teamspeak 3. I decided to retart the computer and then i had no problems again.

Yesterday, when i started my computer i launched teamspeak 3 and had no problems, but when i came back home in the afternoon i launched teamspeak 3 and i had the 5 sec freeze again.

Today, to stop that from happening, i restarted my computer as soon as i arrived home but after 1 hour i launched assassin's creed 2 and it freezed for 30~1 minute, i launched teamspeak 3 and... a 5 sec freeze again....

CPU is at 6 % load and memory at 27%.

Specs:

i7 4790k

gtx 770

asus maximus vii ranger

16 Gb 1600 mhz cl7

Everything is at stock....

Does anyone know how to solve this? :/
