Are coolermaster even good with power supplies? I mainly know them for their cases and coolers.

I've heard good things about it. JayzTwoCents gave it a very good review along with Linus.

Seasonic X series has flat black cables.

Seems like older units had colored sleeved cables, but newer (mine included) come with flat cables.

Is Seasonic as good as evga g2 like everyone says?

Because I never really say anyone recommend anything other than evga for psu's.

Seasonic is an OEM and one of the best manufacturers for power supply; they even manufacture units for Corsair and others as well.

The EVGA G2 power supply has an amazing ten year warranty.
