Doesnt say anything about it on the MSI page so my guess would be probably not. If you want 0rpm-fan tech and no red just get the ASUS STRIX 970 - all black (well except for the sickers but cmon :P) and same feature

You could also make a custom fan curve to lower the fan speed enough to make to damn near silent. You can often reach 0% or near 0% depending on the brand

stickers on the fan hubs to be clear... check it out its not that red imo lol

can you take them off :C

You can't even see the top of the card when its facing down installed in your case.
