Depends on the fan. Just compare the CFM and dBA to find whats better.

Well 2 140mm fans will pull more air, however depending on RPS's, the 200mm will probably be quieter. 

Besides the temp difference between the 200 and 2x140mm is going to unnoticable.

I know that the giant side fan on my AZZA Genesis 9000 was shit, even with just mesh it hardly moved air at all, I'd pick twin 140's instead of a single large fan.

Ketchup is better than mustard.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs

Two 140mms will probably move more air, but as said, the 200 will probably be quitter (and still probably create enough airflow for the case).

 

addition: if you don't have good air flow from the case (positive pressure), pick two 140mms.
