iPhone 6 vs iPhone 6 Plus

For those who have either phone, what made you get the version you got? Besides cost, was it the size? Or the battery life? Or what?

 

iPhone 6 Plus is currently sold out in my area, so I'm driving 2 hours to Indiana Saturday to buy a 128GB one.

 

I had my first hands on today and realize how big it was. I wasn't use to the size, largest I've had is Galaxy S4.

 

Plus has better battery life, 1080p, and is sorta like a smaller iPad Mini. It also has landscape mode native.

 

Please don't start with Android vs iOS. I don't want an Android. I left Android twice.

 

Just want to know how people are feeling with their 6/6+, and what they'd recommend getting.

Don't get the 6+, it has bending issues, especially if you sit down with your phone in the front pocket.

Go with the 6, its big enough

Just dont forget a case. Spigen cases are great, and instock I use one myself on my 5s

I have to say it depends very much on your use case. If you already have an iPad Mini, get the 6. If you have an iPad Air or don't own an iPad, get the 6 Plus if it's not too large for your hands.

I plan on getting an Apple (RED) leather case.

 

Don't care if it bends or not.

 

Also, I have an Air, was thinking about going to a Mini this fall, but might not.

the 6 plus, and any other phablet for that matter, is just too big for me. The 4.7 inch screen on the 6, htc one, etc, is about as big of a screen I can use. I have bigger hands, so I can reach the far corners of the screen with one hand. I have plans to switch to the iphone 6 from my htc one (m7) when my contract is up this December. And to those who wonder, I just like ios to android. I like the simplicity and elegance of it. Yes, I am well aware that I can make my android phone as simple or crazy as I want, but I still like ios more. My phone and tablet are sanctuaries of simplicity while my pc is the jungle.

as much as the iphone 6 does bend the likely hood of it bending in your pocket is not as probable as it is bad out to seem.

 

a case will make it sturdier and as long as you dont extreme sit you should be fine.

 

even if it does bend in your pocket it wont me that much of a bend, my ipod 5 is ever so slightly bent and my friends ipod 5 almost got as bad as the 6+ but they are and were both still usable
