Windows 10 installation on VM asks for drivers?

I've never seen this screen before, what does it mean? 

I'm using Oracle Virtualbox so idk what to do about drivers, are any settings in the VM wrong?

Why did I have to put in my real age into my microsoft account -.- .

 

Now it won't let me download the preview.

i5 4670k @ 4.2GHz (Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo); ASrock Z87 EXTREME4; 8GB Kingston HyperX Beast DDR3 RAM @ 2133MHz; Asus DirectCU GTX 560; Super Flower Golden King 550 Platinum PSU;1TB Seagate Barracuda;Corsair 200r case.

Anyone have the W10 and plays games?

I want to obviously try it out, but dont want to run it if games aren't compatible with it or caused lag, game crashes.
