XFX XTR 550W is way better, but pricey

I would get a 4690k and a 970

If it is just for gaming, 8GB of RAM is enough

For the MOBO: Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H-BK

It all depends on what you want to do with this system...

It's unbalanced if you are going to use this computer mostly for gaming you should go with a core i5-4690K and a better GPU (GTX 970) as this would be much better, also 8GB is PLENY for a gaming rig.

BUT if this will be used more as a workstation for editing, modelling, rendering or other similar task then yes this rig is nearly perfect.

For the motherboard in both scenarios pretty much any z97 board will do, make sure you have two pcie 16X slots operating at 16X such as the MSI Z97 Gaming 5 for example which is what i would recommend for good price/features if you are in the USA.

MSI Gaming 5. It has a lot of features, and is great for its price. Also I would get a 970 instead of a 760.

Hi kimjaeyoon,

I'll vote for the 970 video card too. The arguments of @i_build_nanosuits are quite reasonable. What will be the main purpose of your build?

About the mobo - try brousing some benchmarking on the so far mentioned Gigabyte Z97X-UD5H-BK, MSI Z97 Gaming 5 and ASUS Z97-PRO. As I see it either way you won't be wrong with any of them.

Cheers,
