hello im noob at building pc i builded it a month ago  but i did the paperclip test on psu and the psu fan isnt spinning first i got some bsod i think what could the problem be and some days later i got bsod again so i checket the psu but the fans arent spinning should i rma it ? could that be the bsod ? the bsod error is 0xa00001 but my pc runs all the time fine at games

What PSU is this? Some PSUs don't start the fan until a certain amount of load is reached, and I highly doubt that a PSU would cause BSOD errors.

 

Never mind, I looked it up and apparently that BSOD means "not enough power to graphics card." What GPU do you have?

After looking around it appears to be a lack of power to the graphics card. Could be an effect of the paperclip test as you may have done it wrong or it could be as simple as a loose cable... Well... Connector. 

 

However, if the fan on your psu isn't spinning I'd check to see if the model has a hybrid mode (cools passively up to a certain point). If it doesn't then contact the manufacturer and RMA it.
