Cleaning a touchscreen

Hello, I have a touch screen laptop or to be more precise a dell LATITUDE E7240 and the screen is filthy (with with finger prints of course) and i was curious on hat to use to clean it seeing as i have no money to buy 99% isopropyl alcohol. i was thinking could i use either water or methylated spirits ( 95% ethanol) or would they break something?. This brings in my next question could i use the methylated spirits as a substitute for the 99% isopropyl alcohol for cleaning CPU's and what not

Yes. That's what hes trying to do with TechQuickie ;) Make a video for anything so that when someone like OP asks, I can just link the video and done :)

Yeah, I figured as such ;). It's certainly helpful. I personally think that it'd be good to see Luke (AKA Slick) do a TechQuickie. Just for a change (not that we don't like Linus :D).
