I lost the silicon lottery... 4.4GHZ G3258 at 1.35 Volts, but not even 1.4 volts can get me 4.5GHZ

Are you sure you positioned your cooler properly? Try repasting?

Temps are fine, it just won't hit 4.5GHZ no matter how high the voltage.

yeah I lost my i5 lottery as well, took me forever to get to 4.2GHz. Got to 4.2GHz on air, moved to Water and couldn't go father still stuck at 4.2GHz
