I know my GPU temperature is terrible, it's a SLi configuration where the top card hardly has any breathing room (about 1cm from the bottom card) and I've no room to move it to... I have a side-blower but it's not active in idle because it's not based on the GPU temp but rather on the ambient temp which, isn't that high...
