I know there betters cards but im afraid of bottlenecking the gpu because of the cpu

look for an R9 280 instead.

Maybe get a motherboard that supports software fan control, Unless you want a hardware fan controller.

but will the Pentium that will be overclocked at 4.3-GHz will it Bottleneck the 760 ?

in certain scenarios it could... why 760 anyway? 

 

unless you want nvidia specific features there's better cards for the price
