It's the same as the fact that Bill Gates house was designed on a Mac. As long as it doesn't hurt anyone, I don't mind.

Well, the thing is macs have specific functionality to take advantage of windows, and it's licence to use on any machine. And apple legally prevents you from putting OSX on anything but an apple machine. Kinda dickish.

there is a diffrence between a consumer aimed product(OSX) and a openmarket product(windows) and please note that probarlly EVERY company that produces phones uses this.

Even apple realize the superiority of windows
