Sapphire R9 285 ITX Crossfire vs EVGA GTX 970 ACX

Well, crossfire 285s will technically be faster, but at that res, you're going to be using more than 2GB fairly often which will cripple FPS. I'd go with a single 970, maybe get another in the future.

i would like to see you do crossfire on an itx board. :P it will be tricky with 1 pcie slot

LOL I was going to use a mATX board but the GPU s needed to be short, if I went with the 970 I would go full ATX.

one or two of this can do the job  :rolleyes:

 

CPU = A10 6800K (@4.3Ghz) / GPU = HD 8670D (@844mhz/ram@1866mhz) - 2016 ≠ Dual Cores - why learn Linux ? - OLD intel x4 cpu (Q6600) + amd HD 7950 - this is what i think on watts x dollar cost - CPU "bottlenecks" only start to show "at the super high end cards" (like the 390) if you have a 4 cores CPU

i think even one 285 on an ITX will be a really cool (and awesome) machine friend  :D

 

no need for a crossfire to tell the true (the R9 285 alone can max all games at 1080p i think)  ^_^
