Best FTP Games i can play for a while

Hey guys, as the title says, what are some good ftp games that i can play for a decent amount of time, any genre will do.


CPU Intel I7-4700MQ @2.4 ghz, turbos to 3.4 

Motherboard  whatever toshiba put in the thing

RAM 8GB 1600mhz 

GPU  Nvidia Geforce GT 740M  

Storage 750Gb 5400rpm   

Cooling  Crappy laptop fan 

Operating System  windows 8 64 bit

League of legends, Dota 2, TF2, ArcheAge.

 

I'd hardly consider ArcheAge a game at this point (at least not if you're playing it F2P), it's more like a sitting in queue for 8 hours simulator. LoL, Dota 2 and TF2 are very valid recommendations though.

They added more servers, you can play on those and there is pretty much no queue.

Ah, I missed that. :D Well good job to them then, that of course makes ArcheAge a very valid option as well then. It's supposedly one of the best recent MMO's (I'm still stuck in WoW but that'll probably never change).

Unturned, It is pretty much a merge between Minecraft and DayZ.
The only restrictions you get by not buying Gold is that you wont be able to join the few gold servers there is and using some of the faces and skincolours.

I have wasted so much time on Dungeon Defenders, its a mix of a tower defense game and a shooter.

I would say that the best F2P game I have ever played would be TF2. It is ftp but you can turn it into a legit even pay to play game. When I say that I don't mean have weapons that f2p players don't. It just makes it easier to obtain items and of course other stuff like trading with other players, finding slightly better stuff and having more backpack space. I only spent a few bucks on the game and im still playing it almost everyday with 740 hours on the game! So that's just my opinion. But I hope it helps. ;)
