No Display and no Debug light, usually, some restarts shows VGA

I went to start up my desktop PC yesterday and noticed there was no display.  I did not notice a debug light. I restarted it and noticed the VGA debug light, and then re-seated and checked the GPU.  After the restart, there was no debug light showing but still no display. I went through all the ports on the GPU and multiple restarts. The VGA light only came back on once or twice during troubleshooting restarts. The last few attempts to make adjustments gave no display and no debug light. Not sure if its the MOBO or PSU possibly i don't have any other system or parts to swap out.
