All I want is for a 34 inch 21:9 monitor to come out with fucking g-sync. I understand that because they are IPS displays they are locked at 60hz, but thats no reason why they can't make a g sync kit for one. I would buy a monitor thats 34 inch IPS 3440x1440p @ 60hz for a thousand dollars if it had g sync... Anyone else feel the same?

Well I for one would enjoy being able to buy a Strix 980 in the EU right now but that doesn't seem to be happening yet either. Damn distribution systems!

Hopefully I can find them in my country... I've seen 768p monitors connected using VGA still selling for more than 125USD...

same problem here, which is why I used a TV screen 1080p 60 HZ for so long as anything close to it's quality in screen format costs around $100 more.

The problem I have with TVs is the color saturation... They're usually oversaturated really bad...

The technology to produce 144hz IPS panels are available to the large companies. So, suspect to see some coming soon. And if a IPS panel can be 144hz... Why not G-sync. ;)

If such a thing ever did come out, you would be spending a lot more than just 1K. 21:9 monitors aren't tailored for gamers.

They never will.
