Congrats

I don't mind the blue of the top of the shroud as I wouldn't see it if I had one, but I'm not fond of the blue on the side.

This might sound like a dumb question, but why did you get a 970 if you have a 780Ti?

Just because. :P

Really quiet. Only noise on load is coil whine and voltage growl. Very little whine.

Runs cool even in heavy loads. doesn't have loud fan noise.

sounds promising, the oposite of what i have seen being passed around, although this is one of my complaints i have seen about electrical noise..

Definite voltage Buzz. Fans are quiet. Card is fast. Faster than the 780 i had. Almost as fast as my 780ti

really? well that sounds pretty awesome, i'm not sure what benchmarks to trust as they are a very mixed bunch atm, many show the 970 beating the 780 and almost trading blows with the 780ti, others show it even beating the 780ti, some shows that it is less powerfull than the 780, don't know what to trust anymore. And in some of these the 780ti is slower than the 780 which just makes it seem like a invalid bench to check actual performance..
