Okay thanks everyone , ill use the Noctua paste :) the AS5 ill use on my bros laptop , its getting a bit toastie lol

So i just ordered a new cooler ( NH D-14 , was only £45 :P ) and i know it comes with some NH T-1 ( i think its called that ) thermal paste and i know its pretty good but i also have some Arctic Silver 5 lying about

 

So which should i use on the NH D-14 , Noctua's own Thermal paste or Arctic Silver 5 ?

NH-H1 performs close to AS5 but NH-H1 is alot easier to clean and doesnt stick to things if you need to re apply it in the future. Ive been using the noctua brand thermal paste for years and I like it.

Negligible really; doesn't matter which one you use.

Just use thermal paste that works and be happy.

AS5 has really long curing time. NT-H1 is great and if you ever need more thermal paste, I highly recommend Artic Cooling MX-4.

 

P.S: you gave yourself the best answer? That's some Kanye shit. :P
