Thanks, you helped me decide on the Blue Yeti. It has more features than the AT2020 and is easily configurable.

Is the Blue Yeti the best for it's price range?

I have compared it to the lifehacker (http://lifehacker.com/five-best-desktop-microphones-1558732156/all) comparison but before i go and throw away £90 i want to be sure. Opinions guys?

The only other that would be comparable would be the AT2020
