As @Megazero said, what is your budget? We could probably find you a good build in your budget that outperforms this. I, for one, would replace the GPU with a GTX 750 for example.

As @Megazero and @ThatCoolBlueKidd said, we need to know your budget.

1080p and get over 100fps with a 270... U mad bro?

Budget? Aim? Perpherials?

EDIT: In CS:GO 100fps is easy to reach...

I assume that your budget is 400$?

If you are from Indonesia, where are you going to buy the parts?

BTW follow your topic and keeping an old PSU sometimes is a bad idea

for budget I already save maybe around USD $550 but less expense is always better maybe i can use the money for something else :)

about the gpu in my first planning I decide to go with gtx 750 ti from Inno3D that cost around $150 in my local store, and then I saw in maybe videocardbenchmark.com at high-end gpu chart

where r9 270 is ten rank above gtx 750 ti and I find r9 270 from HIS around $200 and that just blinded me and I decided to go with r9 270, but now I think about it again

what do you guys think?

and @JoaoPRSousa i usually buy at enterkomputer.com thats the cheapest place I can get, where all its price about ten percent higher than newegg or amazon, i dunno really

adn the psu thing , yeah i kinda scary because my old psu is came from pre-installed factory case, and its about more than 5-6 years old, but my old PC can live with that,

but at second look maybe I will get a new PSU as well :)

ow and about mouse, keyboard, headset I got it all cause I already game with my laptop so thats outside my build

Motherboard: ASRock H87M Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  (1007.00RP)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card  (2086.00RP)
Total: 6777.00RP
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

why you recommend GTX 750 ti? is r9 270 kinda bad or else? I usually only look at benchmark score and price per value score

and ASUS gtx 750 ti is about the same price with Club r9 270 , or is it because gtx 750 ti consume more power so I don't need bigger power supply....

and about the motherboard I find MSI H81i for $81 , its H81 chipset but thats not going to be a problem right?

There's nothing wrong with H81...

I chose the 750 Ti because it consumes less power, but if you pick the R9 270 you dont need to change the PSU, and I think that the 750 Ti was cheaper than the 270, but I dont remember :D

maybe I'll take the r9 , cause it have more power

and about the psu, you have CM elite 130 right, do I have to buy a modular PSU for easier cable management or it's not a big deal?

and 400w should be enough right? where you calculate wattage stuff I'm using cooler master site , newegg calculator said I should have 873 watt lol

I have that case, and if you have the patience and time, cable management isnt an issue ;) and you do not need a modular PSU.

The CX500 is enough, but you want to save some money, try to get the XFX 450W, same as mine, or the CX430

hey I change my mind again  :P I think R9 270 is just too much, since my first aim is just playing cs go at 1080 high setting with >100 fps, even though it will be fun to play new-release games lol

so I came up with this http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Lgy2jX

CPU Intel Pentium G3220 3.0GHz Dual-Core Processor ($45)tray version, should I buy an after market cpu fan?

GPU Zotac GeForce GTX 750 1GB Video Card ($116)

Motherboard MSI B85I Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard($114)

RAM Corsair Vengeance 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory($46)

Case Cooler Master Elite 130 Mini ITX Tower Case($51)

and will 360watt power supply is enough? I just find a discount price at my local store for

SeaSonic 360W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply at $55
