So my options are a Mint condition used Dell Professional P2210 21" for $120

what one would you get?

For what its worth, I love my Dell P2414H, with that said, 22" is a bit small, so I'd go with the LG.

I also don't like that the Samsung monitor doesnt have a VESA mount.

I would get the LG because of all of my good experiences with their products compared to my experiences with Samsung's products. I am not saying they are bad, but just not as amazing as everyone puts them up to be.

 

And don't bother with the Dell, it's a noticeable bit smaller and it's used, so there is the possibility of the warranty going out the window. And it's not even 1080p.

Just get the dell 

It's not even 1080p, that's a no-go IMO.
