Help picking mobo and other parts

isurvivorz

Hi, I've posted on here a few months back about a build I'm planning to do, and now that I've got the budget I need, I'll be ordering the parts pretty soon here, just be waiting for the GTX970 to be in stock, it's out of stock everywhere :(

ANYWAY, here is what I've got so far (as in like, planned out, haven't ordered them yet)

CPU: i5-4690k

MOBO: Can't choose a good one for price, please suggest me something that is about $90~$140, I have a $1200 budget so I'm really trying to cut the cost where it is possible

 - For the MOBO, I'm looking for one that have USB 3.0 on the I/O as well as Internal as well, preferably 2~3 I/O and 2~3 Internal, Z97 chipset if it is possible, although I can settle for z87, I don't really know much about those chipset so if any1 can shed some lights on the topic, it would help me a bunch, I'm also looking for a MOBO that is decent for gaming, and ok for OC starter (I've never OC a CPU b4, but i'm planning to down the line so having a MOBO that can OC well is a sort of futureproof). Also 4 slots of RAM, and at least 2 PCIe for SLI when i'm getting a second GPU. Thanks :D

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM (If you know anything that is better, and around the price point of this one, please post here)

http://www.ncix.com/detail/seagate-barracuda-2tb-7200rpm-sata3-ab-66010-1493.htm

RAM: Corsair XMS3 CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB 2X4GB DDR3-1600 CL9-9-9-24 240PIN (If you know anything that is better, and around the price point of this one, please post here)

http://www.ncix.com/detail/corsair-xms3-cmx8gx3m2a1600c9-8gb-2x4gb-95-55445-1343.htm

PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750W (If you know anything better, and around that price point, let me know!)

http://www.ncix.com/detail/evga-supernova-750-b1-750w-34-97306-1360.htm?affiliateid=7474144

GPU: Well I sorta already mentioned it, but I'm planning to get the MSI GTX970 TwinFrozr V OC (I'm also considering the ASUS GTX 970 Strix),, I know I'm hopping on the new 900 series bandwaggon, but I'm building a PC that hope to last me at least 2 years, so might as well spend some extra cha-ching on the GPU, but if u know anywhere that sell gtx970 (ASUS or MSI) around the $350~$370 price point, leave me a link so i can swatch it while its in stock!

Thanks every1 for spending time reading this and post suggestions! :)

To make this easy on you, do you need Windows, a mouse/keyboard, monitor, etc.?

Also, US or CA Dollars?

I will probably need Windows, I'm not sure yet, I'm in computer tech at college right now so they MIGHT give win8 for free, i'll take a look into that, but right now i'm leaving it out. As for mouse/kb and monitor, I have them all.

And it will be in CA dollars
