Can the h100i Corsair Liquid Cooler work on a i5-4690K?

yes absolutely it works on all socket 1150 CPUs

yes, it fits Intels  LGA 1150, 1155, 1156, 1366, and 2011 sockets AND AMDs  FM1, FM2, AM2, and AM3 sockets :)
