So I am building my PC soon, and I want to know if this is a good setup, I would like tips and a rating, thanks!

- Get a 4690k, not 4690 non-k

I would personally go for IPS panels with smaller bezels for 3 monitor set ups. Might as well go for the 4690K if you're using an aftermarket cooler and Z97 board. Would also go for a 2TB drive, I find that 1TB goes very quickly.

I would personally go for a bigger SSD (Like 256 GB). Overall awesome build.

coolermaster 212 evo not doing anything... stock is fine trust me...

i agree with others for CPU, go for 4690K

if u can afford an ssd about 256GB would be better

2TB would be also good if u have large music collection and like to download movies

the rest are AWSOME!

My final change is instead of a intel i5-4690, I will take the i5-4690K. Thanks for all your suggestions, I do not have a large collection of music or movies, but if the space gets little, I will upgrade to 2TB.
