2010 Build, this was my first build.

So I built this as a graduation present to myself after highschool. It started with a GTS 250 graphics card, but I upgraded recently to a 550ti.

Intel i7 930 @ 2.8ghz

EVGA X58 Motherboard

8GB RAM (different brands)

WD Black 500 GB HDD

MSI Optical Drive

PNY 550 ti

Corsair TX 850 PSU

Cooler Master Scout

The first picture is a bit of a horror picture. This was a product of my noobness, the thick layer of dust coating everything and the cable management are both just completely shameful.

Since then however, I have made strides in cable management and cleaning. I also removed the sticker from the PSU to give the build a cleaner feel. Pretty basic but it was my first build. I'm also looking to upgrade here probably at the end of the year.

upgrades i would look at is a CPU cooler because ant it bit noisy the stock one and look at 7xx Graphic card maybe 770 or 760ti

Yea, I need to get a CPU cooler and also start overclocking my CPU.

The non modual PSU kind of sucks but I did the best I could now. There isn't a lot of room behind the motherboard so i had to put the extra ones under the HHD.
