Like the others said, the Corsair Carbide 540 is great for air cooling. The Silverstone Raven RV03 has really good airflow as well but for a slightly higher price tag.

Something like a RV02/RV05 is much better than the air 540. Newegg has it for 116$, the cooling performance is pretty much the same as the FT02/RV02.

Anyone have any recommendation for a case that is the normal orientation and normal size?  Thanks for the recommendations so far!  I really appreciate it!  But, there just a bit "unique" and the size/shape of them is not optimal for my room setup.

The Corsair 540 is a nice case, I'm just not really into the "box" cases. What do you guys have in mind for a mid or full tower case?

It's not so much a box as it is a slightly wide tower. It does look like a box in pictures, but it is taller than it is wider. (a box would be equally wide and tall, or wider than it is tall, at least in my mind).

You really cannot beat the air 540 for airflow. Except maybe the HAF Stacker 935 (because of it's modularity). MAYBE the Rosewill Blackhawk Ultra. but both of those are well above your given price range

I'm pretty sure that these are the exact same but,  I'm not really looking for airflow, just a case that will keep my components the coolest.  Once again i'm pretty sure that the best case for airflow will be the best for cooling.  But just checking.  Thanks again.
