As for as I know there are no unlocked I3's.

the best unlocked i3 is probably the G3258 Pentium ^^

is actually i3 but called Pentium and i will go with him as a project PC where there i will ''play'' with the overclocks e.t.c.

Pentium had a key difference to an i3: lack of hyperthreading support.

 

Otherwise they're the same CPU (although I believe some i3s have an extra 1mb of L3). And the G3258 has weaker integrated graphics.

 

But if you're looking to overclock on a budget G3258 is the chip for you :P
