Hyper212 Evo is the king of budget coolers, and has been for some time. Beats low end 120mm watercoolers like the Corsair H50, H60, and Cooler Master Seidon 120.

 

On the other hand, damn that's a nice deal on the Dark Rock Pro 3. I might just buy that. Fuck da Intel Stock.
