Although I realise that a large proportion of you people stay away from the whole Microsoft web ecosystem (so do I) I have just realised that msn.com is having a beta system which you can now access! and to be fair to them the new look doesn't look to shabby!

 

( I was installing windows on a laptop whilst I came across it )

Huh. Instead of just a picture with words underneath, its now a metro design that looks more clean and less boring.

Would Microsoft be better of making Bing the homepage for IE rather than MSN? I find pages like MSN and Yahoo pointless and messy.

Just look at Google. Download Chrome and the homepage is Google, just a plain search box and nothing else. I find that approach much better.
