First ever loop, will this work?

I'd rather have the loop dump into the top of the res instead of the bottom. But it should work fine either way

Yup, the order doesn't really matter as long as the res is always above the pump and feeds directly into it.

Yes would do top feed tho   you can look at my loop if you want to see what i mean by top feed.
