Windows 8.1 network bridge not working

I'm trying to share the wireless connection on my netbook over ethernet to my other computer, but when I try to bridge the connections (which worked fine on Windows 7) the 'client" computer notices the connection, but says that it has limited or no connectivity. What is going wrong, exactly? I've tried everything I can think of to fix it, but nothing seems to be working. Other than rebooting.

For some reasons i have the same problem if i try to share my phone's internet

Beware of him that is slow to anger; for when it is long coming, it is the stronger when it comes, and the longer kept. Abused patience turns to fury.

I've had the same problems, I had to delete the network device and then reinstall it in the case of tethering my phone.

As far I as I know its because it cant assign an IP. Not too sure how to fix that, id like to figure this out as well
