I want to build a some what high end gaming pc that is futureprof and fast. The pc is going to be used for gaming and streaming. My budget is 1200$. I already have an normal hard drive that i will use for mass storage and i already have another identical 8GB ram stick.

Well, let's put it this way:

"Futureproof" * means buying flagship products now.

Flagship products don't go well with a $1,200 budget.

No such thing as futureproof however you are correct about buying flagship products for that price I can get you a 8core processor a case and possibly a psu. My upcoming build is rated at 4.5k usd and almost half of that is the x99 platform which includes motherboard, processor, and ram for right around 2k. So not on a 1,200 dollar budget.
