Hey guys,

I'm moving into a new appartment tomorrow and I need to move my main rig there. I'm running a custom loop cooling both CPU and GPU.

I'm not sure how to transport it though, since it will have to endure a 500km drive in the back of the car. Do I need to drain the loop for this? I'd like to somehow secure the GPU to keep it from moving around too much, however I'd REALLY like to avoid draining the loop.

Does anyone have any experience with this kind of thing?

As said above you either need to drain the loop and remove all parts that aren't secured to the case beyond doubt or you need to package it very well.

SingularityComputers Packages computers with custom loops filled with liquid, watch one of the videos where he shows how he packages them.

I put bubble wrap under the GPU, left it filled and drove it 2700 miles. Everything was fine, just saying.
