I've got a very similar build to yours in a 750d

Its fine, a bit expensive for my taste and the quality is only meh. The front usb is tight, the rear shields to protect PCIe slots aren't very well aligned and the side panels don't fit perfectly

While we're at it please get the 4790k instead. Its just better in terms of heat output.

Define R4 windowed

I have similar specs to you (RoG) board etc, so I also have a red themed build. I put in an akasa vegas red led strip (60cm) along the bottom, and I think it looks really nice. Considering you're watercooling, I'd say stick your strip on top, or get 2 that run along the whole perimeter of the window, if you go for the r4.

Have you already bought your parts? I think there are a couple of items that could be better in your build...

Would you mind telling us your budget and what do you plan to do with your sytem(gaming, 3d rendering, facebook)?

Good choice. You wouldn't have had fun editing and maybe even gaming in a year or so with only 8GB. Since you have an H105, which is great btw ;) , I assume you want to OC, so the 4790k is the right choice. Do me a favor and set the Vcore to 1.4V and tell me how fast you can go :P

Witch case? Kill it with fire.

For real, i like the n600 from cooler master. And its quite cheap

Also, I would use a white LED strip, it will likely look better. Because then the colours will stay the same

Oh, all right... I would suggest getting the 4690k instead but if you believe you'll be taking advantage of twice as many threads, nevermind.

If saving money by buying the 4690k and getting the 780Ti over the 780 is possible, consider that... I'd rather have an i5 with a 780Ti than the i7 with 780 combo.

Regarding the case, I like the 760T, NXZT H440 and both Enthoo Pro and Luxe. Check'em out!
