Max bit rate and buffer size should be 2500-3500 kbps. Higher bit rate and buffer size means better quality, but it also means that people will have to have a higher download speed to watch properly.

Also, you can stream 1080p @ 60 FPS with those specs without difficulty.

It does not come cheaply or easily $300 and complains constantly about having slow internet and threatening to cancel unless they get there shit together
